60mhz?!?!?! Umm it's 60hz.. not mhz. I'm guessing here you have a PAL TV and PAL DC, well unfortunately there is no NTSC-to-PAL patcher, only PAL-to-NTSC patcher.
There are ways, unbeknownest (my big word of the day
) to me, around it. So my suggestion, go buy a 60hz TV.
