Virtua Tennis is need to be patched only at one (of 2) 60Hz place. The second one is proper. The first one is responsible formoving at players / menus - if you patch it you will get quick moving. About Virtua Fighter 3tb USA - i had some probs with it using PAL Patcher. To work this game correctly (without glitches) in 60Hz must be changed in main bin: d20b420900011f0c84 to d20b420900011f30e0. This is an old Adrenalin method.
