I still think it is good news that they have gotten their hands on the dev-kits.. Perfect way to get a basic understanding of how the traces are going, which ones can be sniffed to gather info and so on.
Also getting info about the boot-bios, cd-check, encryption, dashboard exploits currently existing, bugs in hardware, bugs in software and so on...
