If you wonder how to back up GC Games, well i am pretty sure i found the
best method to do it. The best way will be to get yourself a Qoob Pro and
download Ngcdev 0.2a. You will also need a BBA. This should be the best ripping utility out there by now. I never tried it but i will, as soon as i get my cube modded. Everyone says its the perfect tool, makes the fastest and most reliable backups.Simply load this tool and the new Qoob Bios into your Chip and follow the instructions given with the util. Burn the Iso with Nero
on a high quality DVD-R (most people say Ritek DVD-Rs do well), forget about Mini DVDRs. Of course you need a new top in order to play with standard sized DVDs but in the end it works much better than using Mini Size, because
they are not so compatible.
This method should work very fine, but is there anyone who has already tried
it? Some people say a few games crash, even when burned with this method.
Does someone have experience with this, or does anyone know which games work well and which not? Also if there are problems i would like to know if the game always crashes at the same point so that it becomes impossible to finish or do the problems occure at different points. Well, i could live with the fact that games crash sometimes (do they actually crash or are this just problems with stuttering sound?).
