Actually, the .SFV file isn't really part of the ISO release, but rather a list of all of the .RAR volumes and their checksums.
As such, requesting an .SFV file doesn't, in my mind, constitute an infraction of the rules since there's no ISO or fragment thereof, inclosed in one. I believe there's a place (I cannot for the life of me recall the URL though) that lists the filenames, volume sizes, and other info (SFV??) for all of the ISOs released by the different groups. If someone (Bravo_Boy, perhaps) recalls that website, it might help in this instance.
