Here's what I think happened! (Pure Speculation though)
2 Guys steal xbox! Get it home and mess around with deleting everything on the harddrive as they didnt like the games on it! But did notice an emulator directory so tried to leave that intact. They Buggered it up and now want to know how to restore it!
Remember, pure speculation though.
