I don't think that many people who want to change the language of their games bought the game...If you buy it at a local store (or even at a big shop like MediaMarkt, sry I don't no such shops in England or America) the language will probably be the one of the country you bought it in. Sometimes there are special uncut versions only in English but that's not the case with GTR i guess (i've never seen blood in GTR, would be strange in a racing game
)...
Please correct me if you have bought the game yourself, untouchable but it seems you didn't buy the game...
