DVD Decrytpor is a good program, but updates are no longer being made for it. Also, it doesn't neccesarily shrink the file down to a size where it will fit upon a standard 4.7 GB DVD. Even if you are just storing the movies on an 800 GB (WOW! is it internal?) hard drive, it is nice to shrink them down to save space. You can use a program called DVD Shrink to shrink the file down to a size that will fit on a DVD. You can also get DVD 43 to decrypt your DVDs, or you can just use DVD Decryptor with DVD Shrink. It takes a lot longer to use the DVD Decrytpor/DVD Shrink combo than it does to to use the DVD 43/DVD Shrink combo.
All three of the above mentioned software programs are freeware, so all you need to do to burn the files to disk is buy a good program that burns the movies to disc...unless somebody out there knows of a good freeware program that burns movie files to disc and they want to let us know what it is called and where we can find it! I personally like to use Roxio 7.5 or the burner that came along with Clone DVD 2. Some people really like Nero, but I've never had very good results with it. Good luck.
