If I remember correctly, using the D2D files for the Retail DVD/CD wont work. I am sure I read that somewhere here? And I am sure you only get a limited amount of times you can install the D2D games? 4 installs I think it is? So that stops people from sharing the game as that only robs the buyer of his/her install limits.
