1. Don't post your question twice.
2. This problem is not related to backing up games or using no-CD patches. if your computer does not meet the system requirements, the game will not work (properly), it's this damn simple.
3. If your computer does meet the system requirements then you're asking in the wrong forum; try the official game support forum instead.
