I actived all emulation option of Daemon Tools and put my backup copy in my USB DVD and the game started.

just for my own understanding:
WHY THE HECK do u have to enable emulation in D-Tools, if playing the game form an external DVD-Drive?
that sounds a bit crazy to me though d-tools doesn't have anything to do with my external drive does it?
