If you have a full image of the game, mount it into Daemon Tools and (re)install the game from there so that it will always try to access its CD/DVD from the emulated drive. (You may try to change the "installed from" or "original CD expected in" entry related to the game in the game's config file or the registry. Good luck with that, though.)
Alternatively, change the letter of your F: drive to something else (in Windows XP: Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Computer Management, Storage, Disk Management, right mouse button on drive, Change Drive Letter and Paths) and change the Daemon Tools' drive letter to F. Then where the game expects its original CD from will be the image mounted in Daemon Tools. (You will have problems with other applications as those may suffer from the change of drive letters. You might wanna restore the original drive letters after having finished playing.)
