i think i have the danish version too, because on disk ther are two manual-pdf's.
one is the danish version and the other is the portuguese.
do not pull off both cables only the power cable. The IDE-Drive-Cable must be connected to the cd/dvd-drive.
perhaps u have to disable the node (StarforceNightmare-tool --> "Disable node" button)
i tested it with daemon tools 3.47 - it doesn't worked -
take Alcohol 120% (1905 (build 2802) - go to the Options --> General --> change the
"device control interface" (in german: geräteschnittsstelle) to "Windows NT/2000/XP ATAPI/SCSI Control Interface"
Restart your System
and try it again wih the mini image.
