I want people to know this. I bought a Netgear ME102 802.11b LAN Wireless Access Point from them. The item shown said it may not come with then needed accessories to use it. I open it up and the power adapter has 3 prongs. I look at it. It says requires 240v input. I know what a 240v plug in the states looks like, this will work in England. I emailed the company about this, they told me to "go to my local electronic store". So I have to find a 120v version with the same output, 5v 1000mA positive polarity. I went to radio shack's web site, they don't carry one, no one does. I searched the web, and went to my local electronic stores in person. I emailed them again, sent them a link to radio shack and told them to find one for me. Technical department emails me, tells me to buy a step-up. I emailed them and told them to import a car from England and have the steering wheel moved. They apologized for their lack of information on the product, (they don't know what they are selling), and offered me ten dollars credit. I told them what to do with their credit and that I was inspired to let everyone know that Overstock are idiots. They should get jobs restocking the shelves of Kmart.
