The loader is legal so long as it was built from scratch or taken from a game I legally own. And for the sake of this conversation I just so happen to own a copy of every single PSP game available on the market and I've pre-ordered all the rest.
Btw there is no reason for you to pretend your a moderator as there already is a strong team of experienced mods keeping this site on lockdown.
