@sylvio: Analyzing (finding out how a copy protection works and then ripping it off the executable) is always more difficult than synthesizing (wrapping the executable into the copy protection). With today's polymorphic, multi-level encrypted copy protections, I assume that time-consuming manual work is needed every time when unprotecting an executable!
