they follow these item:
1) Uninstall all softwares of player and del the folder of the "file program". Now, reinstall the aplications.
2) Download firmware here:
http://s1mp3.secret.com.br (firmware, drivers and aplications).

3)connects the player usb in computer end executes "MP3 Player Update Tool", in MP3 Player Utilities 1.43 folder,
4) select the firmware (.bin) and upgrad the firmware.
now, to remove the player of the computer and reconnects. it is necessary format the chip (samsung) selecting the driver in "explorer windows" right button of mouse select "fast format (FAT),
not FAT32".
it finished!!!
