My problem was a lot bigger...
After installing GTR my PC started kacking around and the readspeed of my harddrive was at a constant rate of 3.6 mb/sec (!!!) which is slower then USB 2...
I uninstalled the drivers with SFClean which didn't help a lot ... just crashed more often and another result: a "cpu-auslastung" of constantly 50%-60%...
don't think that's normal...
Only way to solve the problem: Reiinstalling WinXP which isn't funny coz i did it just 3 weeks before..
Now i will NEVER EVER install a starforce protected game even if it's half-life 3 or GTA 12 or whatever, game-of-the-year...
Just wanted to say how ****in **** this copy protection is....
