By the way, RedSunFD, you misunderstood my use of the phrase "RESORTED TO BUILDING". I didn't mean "SORTED AGAIN", but rather "DECIDED TO".
That would give my previous sentence the following meaning:
"Sorry, but I ran into this a few times myself and I decided to build the self-boot disc myself when it occurred."
