hmmm a brand new disc scratched beyond reconition already? Who's fault is that? Lesson learnt, take better care of expensive game discs!

May I suggest you search the forums on repairing scratched discs, there are answers on how to repair the scratches or contact the publishers of the game to have a replacement disc sent to you. The game is only new so you should be able to easily get a replacement sent to you.
