I looked into this when I started backing up my games and to be honest it's not worth your while. There is alot of fiddling around and for the sake of another DVD's and how cheap they are these days, I'd rather save myself alot of time and have a game for each disc.
If you are still interested though, do a Google search for multigame PS2 disc or something like that. Afterdawn forums usually have good info too.
Unless there is some sort of app that I don't know about that does this all for you, like for the Xbox and Gamecube?
