Figured out problem.
It was my own fault of course. I must have reinstalled it at one point and forgot about it and in my haste to not search through my CD library for the originals or to impatient to burn my images, I installed directly from the images and there is no solution for that besides re-install. I forgot this was one of those games that cant be installed from the images no matter the RPMS. So I burned the images and re-installed with the CDs and all is good. Thanks for all the answers anyway.
