I only used the counter, the 4 seater next to it and the two 6 seaters. I sat 5-6 groups at a time, depending on how many I could fit at the counter.
I used all of the strategies mentioned in my other posts, but of course, this time, you can clean off 4 tables than go back for the other one or two.
Make sure you give out all your checks in one chain and then go back and clear. Also, as far as snacks go, I did give them out, but only if everyone in line was happy and if I didn't have to break a chain.
I always wait til ALL menus are down before I pick up any orders...that way no one surprises me by ordering snacks, making me break the chain if I do decide to get the snack for them. I also drop off no checks until ALL plates are clear. It always seems like one of them wants a snack before they signal for their check.
Watch your colors...even if you have to sit two at a 6 seater, do it if you rack up color bonuses.
