which model do you have? I don't know about how much of a juckbox you want. The best you could hope for is the same kind of features you could get on the first gen of dvd players that would read mp3 discs. And I wouldn't advise doing this as it would be a good way to burn up your ps1's laser by constantly reading mp3 files.
