sory to tell you but the only way to do what you are trying to, is by connecting your xbox to your pc and extracting the game from the xbox to the pc , thats the only way I know it can be done, once you have managed to hook them up together you can extract the game files you want to your pc, make it into a Xiso file and then burn it on a dvd as a back up.
all you need to do to connect the Xbox is a FTP cabel ( the same cable used in a LAN ) and the right programs, and thats all to it
