Havew you tried DVD Shrink. It will compress the movie to a size smaller than 4.7GB. Usually here are the steps I take:
AnyDVD (runs in the backgroung)
DVD Shrink (to shrink the ISO)
Burn with DVD Decrypter (or your favorite ISO burning program)
