I've got a NEC ND-3500 AG external USB with the lastest firmware and I used a DVD+RW. After I created my copy, I used starf*** to disable my IDE drive and I disabled all my virtual device. I actived all emulation option of Daemon Tools and put my backup copy in my USB DVD and the game started.
