I think quality DOES make an issue sometimes. I use the cheapest ones I can find (www.cd-recordable.com), and get there 80 min 100 cd spindles for under $40...
But, I have also noticed that the better brands WILL boot better. I.E. Mitsumi Silver, which is simply the best out there....
