Yaaay! Figured this one out by my self. Created a directory with same title as the Original CD. Dragged everything from CD to created directory. In that directory, right-clicked on Setup.exe and in properties, set it to compatibility mode for Windows 98/Windows Me.
It now installed with the Setup.exe and you don't need original disc in drive to run the game.
