I emailed 2 weeks later asking for a status and they said they couldn't do the job and they can't give me my money back, so I would have to dispute the charges on the credit card. The biggie was that they didn't say anything about my console being sent back. I replied back for more details and I got nothing (yet).
Anyone have any ideas? This suks.
Thanks in advance,

OUCH!!!. While i dont own a PS2 (anymore) my advice would be to go through all the usual channels and if still no luck contact "watch-dog" in the PS2 official mag as a last resort. (i have read many many times in the mag of ppl getting ripped one way or another and these guys have prooved indespencable @ getting companys to sort out there consumers. I know your talking a while to get this sorted through these channels but what have you to loose ??.
