If it's a NoCD/fixed exe patch then use WinRAR to open the archive and extract the kotor2.exe then copy it into the same directory as the original kotor2.exe, overwriting the original with the crack.
If it's an official game patch then just run it and it should find and patch the game automatically. You may need a new crack for it though.
