To response of Portugese guy, if the owner of the game says you can backup then yes you can, if they say you cant then you cant, simple as that, no matter your intepretation of the copyright laws :P
If you re-read them, it will say your entitled to backup software if your given authorisation from the owners to do so. If they didnt then you just cant make one, but you can if you wish aslong as you dont get caught lol
