If the complete album is only one huge MP3-file, then try searching for a CUE-file with the same (or almost the same) name. After that load that CUE to CDRWin3.9k (
www.goldenhawk.com) and burn your album to a CD-R. After that you have a album with seperated tracks.
The CUE-file should look like that:
