Thanks. I after a few searches, I managed to get some info that indirectly led me on the right track.
Although I had all the programs and the steps working great, there was one small setting that was screwing everything up.
Just for anyone else that has this problem, if you have a CDR that wont copy certain self booting disks, and recieve the error messages like I mentioned on the first post, you might be able to fix it with this other method. Burn a CDI image with DJ and leave only the "ignore read errors" and "overburn" settings on in the advanced tab. Don't have RAW #####ed, I had that #####ed and it was what was screwing me up. After you get the CDI, rip it with CDI rip, and burn the resulting files with CDRWIN. Its a long process, but if you've got some off brand or old burner (mines several years old) then it could possibly help you out. I know its the only way I can get some disks to copy. And, its worked on everything I've tried so far.
