Please Help...

I have clonedvd2 and i want to copy a film i converted, i have done disk 1 with no trouble,
but when i try to do disk 2 i get

WRIGHTING TO DVD WAS NOT SUCCESSEFUL
IFOFORMAT 22

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN......

PLEASE HELP
