These files you refer to are seen as a violation of Tecmo's copyright
Now that NH is down, other sites have followed them and removed these files until Cyphers case has been resolved (hopefully being dismissed as laughable
). Please refrain from asking for these files on FileForums, as I can't imagine that this forum wants to be involved in any way.
