My understanding was that RE:Outbreak worked under Mode3 with HD Loader.
But, on a new compatibility web site I found (
http://ps2hd.com/list.php), it said it works with a patch. Now that I look on the HDL patch section on this forum, I see a patch for it. So, is it patch that works or Mode3, or is it both?
Also, if I use the patch, do I need to set the mode?
