Hi guys,
Actually, I have the feeling that Windows XP is better suited for gaming, and Windows 2000 is rather for more serious (server) purposes. Windows XP is not only a successor of Windows 2000 but a lot of functionality of the Windows 95/98/ME series has also been added. Not to mention that, because more people use Windows XP than Windows 2000, most game manufacturer companies test their games on Windows XP, not Windows 2000. I'm not trying to defend either OS, though...
