You can try this :
- with regedit, go there
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Codemasters\Colin McRae 05\Keys and delete the registered key.
- download starforcecleaner (search for sfclean.exe) and delete all starforce drivers.
- launch the game with the ultima crack, it will ask you to reboot, then reboot.
- relaunch the game with the ultima crack, type the key
done by the crack.
- if you just have a black screen, you should have to update your copy of nero.
