Arrow Megaalexxx's PAL Patcher question
Hi, im wondering, is the PAL Patcher for patching NTSC games to play on a PAL console, or to disable PAL protections to play on a PAL console? because my NTSC Tony Hawks 2 will not play on my PAL dc. any help Please?
