I have the same problem...!!!plz help....!!! 
My pc specs :
AMD Athlon 64 3500+
GB K8NF-9 S939
PROLINK 6600 ULTIMATE EDITION 256mb RAM
2x256 @ 400 RAM (TWINMOS)
I have the latest drivers (66.93) but i had the same prob with 66.81.
