I'm a
Bloodlines player here in the US. (I didn't vote for Bush. I don't understand how anyone could. I think it was the Ventrue.) Anyway, our version seems almost as strict as some of yours.
1. In our version of the game, the PC can attack police and innocents—but at the cost of the PC’s Humanity. And, of course, we still can’t attack anyone in Elysium.
2. There's some foul language in the dialogue, ranging from "damn" to "f*ck".
3. There's no nudity (that is, you can’t see women’s nipples or the genitals of either sex).
4. There's blood and the PC can dismember some critters--but not Kindred or Kine.
5. In the original release of the US version, we could see the PC’s sire being decapitated in the introduction; however, with the release of the 1.2 patch, the shot cuts-away just as the Sheriff’s sword comes down.
So, even our version is slightly censored--allbeit, self-censorship.
