Try to remove the dummy file if there's one. Most programs for making dummies calculates an exact amount of bytes so no more over-data inserting available. When you make it self-boot you burned the 1-st session (under 5 Mb) + the actual game (with the dummy) = overburned. Delete the dummy and when oyu burn the 1-st session ##### the available space. Then make your own dummy and burn the image.
