Well, just for future chip browsing; If a site say "works on all versions", make sure you look at the manufacturers site first. As "works on all versions" is only good with versions made before the webpage. For many sites, those pages are outdated.
Flash free means that the chip is useless until you put a hacked bios onto it. Since legality of bios is questionable, distributors usually don't include MS bios on the chip. That way they have a less likely of a chance of being sued. That chip is fine though.
The xbit has a complete guide on how to flash their chip. You just need to hook the chip up to your computer with a USB cable, and use their flash software.
