with the nfo file you need to right click it and choose 'open with' then open it with Notepad. An nfo file is just a txt file. The exe needs to replace the original exe of your game. Once you open the nfo file you will then be able to read what to do with the exe file. And make sure you backup the original game exe before you replace it with the Nocd exe. You may need the original exe if you later update the game!
