I think the best P2P program to use is LimeWire. You can download stuff really quick, and the avi's and mp3's are extremely good quality. WinMX just gives you a load of crap. Kazaa gives you a load of stuff that you don't want including crap. And you can't download anything on Shareaza. eMule downloads at about 3kb per second on a 512 kbps broadband connection. The best one now is Lime wire.
