yeah, i have managed to find and ip.bin now. but i have a prob now.
when i explore the cd there is one folder and one file:
d:\1stread.bin and
d:\sonic2 (this folder contains all the game files etc)

so do i put ip.bin in the first directory with 1stread.bin (d:\ip.bin) or do i put it in the folder 'sonic2' (d:\sonic2\ip.bin)
