First question :
Needs to remake an installer. Hard and time-consuming, and does not work is a file is more than 700 Mb. My advice :
1/ if you want to
use the iso, just mount it with Daemon Tools. It works like a real DVD reader, and it's free.
2/ if you want to
archive the iso for later use (when you'll have a burner), then use Winrar to make an archive with a zero compression fragmented at 700 Mb, and burn the fragments on CD.
Other questions :
1/ Yes, it does matter if it's a bin/cue or an iso.
2/ DVD burner : Pioneer or Nec.
