Hum, this problem happens in Czech and in Hellas. I think you have switched the languages. This problem happened also to me while testing the other languages files.
I've solved by making a small tour in Colin McRae with the real english file, and switched thenm the next time.
Colin Mcrae is perhaps a little too patriotic...
