try using disc juggler.

1.) place the copied disc into your cd-writer.
2.) load up disc juggler
3.) go to 'file' then 'new' and click 'cd player to image' and click 'ok'
4.) select your cd-r as the source, and the destination as filename you want.
** note: set the read spead to about 2x for best performance. (you can set this under 'advanced')
5.) after that is completed click 'file' then 'new' and click 'cd image to cd recorder'
6.) use the file you created in the previous steps as the source.
7.) click advanced:
mode: Audio
block: 2352
Toc: cdda
offset: 0
8) *** Set write speed to 4x or less OR audio may desynch.

that should do it [be sure to test ]
